January Stuff

So, not a whole lot of out-of-the-ordinary things going on in the Garrett house this January so far. I guess that comes next week when we ski. I hope we're successful on the slopes--without injury and only minor soreness the following days. But, for now, just wanted to share with you a couple of books I've read. I don't typically do autobiographies/biographies. As a matter of fact, Lance Armstrong and Billy Graham's Just As I Am are the only two I remember in several years. Mom got me Sarah Palin's book, Going Rogue for Christmas. It was absolutely awesome. I knew the media ate her alive in several situations, but man, read this and you'll know she's as strong as steel. She is one tough woman with a very soft side. Loved it. The other one that I'm reading now is Hard Work: A Life On And Off The Court by Roy Williams (w/ Tim Crothers). Oh, that man....such a determined, self-motivated soul. A winner with me, for sure. Ya'll should read both of them....they are very good reads!

These two are having a ball with each other. Macy is still timid (most of the time) and Dasher is just all boy. They are bustin' the top out of the CUTENESS SCALE!

Macy!

Dasher!

Night, night!
