SKI WEEEEEEE!!

We went to Winterplace, West Virginia a couple of days ago to ski. It was great fun, despite our frozen fingers and toes! Book Purchases!

Tada.....I'm back. Can't stay away for too long. I'll come here occasionally when I want to write a little something without alot of pictures. So anyway, these are my new books for the next few weeks (or months, depending on how very often I fall asleep after the first paragraph)!

1) Cosmic Christmas by Max Lucado --I just read this for the third time over Christmas one day. It is breathtaking. This is an older book and a very short one, but very inspiring. It, of course, tell the Christmas story and is beautifully written.

2)Safe Haven by hottie, Nicholas Sparks--I didn't even know he had one coming out this early in the year. It's usually April or May for this eastern North Carolina author. I'm thinking I could get him to autograph my book or me somewhere!! haha....just kidding (or not)! His are very easy to read and very down home-ish. I have always loved his writing, but he sometimes makes me cry.

3)Decision Points by George W. Bush--Go Dubbya! Couldn't wait for this. It is a thick piece of text. I believe I can piggy-back this onto Safe Haven....read two at a time. Yeah, whatever, Beth.
